PPEs are often a young athlete’s only encounter with a medical provider for the rest of the year—yet this critical encounter can end up getting missed with a basic sign-off.
- [Elite Rehab Accelerator (ERA)](https://weareatlast.org/elite-rehab-accelerator-era/): This program is for underserved youth athletes whose injuries and recovery needs are beyond their athlete trainer’s overloaded capacity—or who don’t have access to an athletic trainer at all. Sometimes athletes are waiting so long for treatment that they’re seeing their grades and mental health plummet, sustaining longer-term physical damage, and missing scholarships.
